Do I need to install an app?
No. Everything happens inside WhatsApp, through buttons and lists. The web dashboard is there for reports and bulk editing, but it is never required.
Does 2Divide hold my money?
No. Payments happen directly between people, using whatever method they prefer. We pass along the payout details and record the confirmation from whoever received the money.
Who pays for 2Divide?
Only the person who creates the split. Invited participants never pay to join, log expenses, pay, dispute or confirm a payment.
How does the Free tier work?
You create one new free split every 90 days, with up to 5 participants and 30 active days to log expenses. After that, history, reports and settling up stay available.
How much do Standard and Premium cost?
Standard costs US$ 2.90 and Premium US$ 5.90 per 30 days for up to 5 participants — plus US$ 1.90 or US$ 3.90 per extra participant. No subscription and no auto-renewal.
What is the difference between Standard and Premium?
On Standard you enter the information. On Premium, 2Divide reads receipts, interprets text and voice notes and suggests the entry — and nothing is saved without your confirmation.
